Advance Digital Communication Trainer kits Communication Lab Experimental Trainer kits

Advance Digital Communication Trainer kits Details

(1)To Design Amplitude Shift Keying(ASK) signal generator and detector.(OACT-001)

(i)This is a basic kit of digital Communication and is helpful for students of every category to understand how to design an ASK modulator and De-modulator using Transistors ,diode Resistors and operational amplifier.
(ii) The Trainer kit has inbuilt Carrier and Message signal generators.
(iii) Amplitude-shift keying (ASK) is a form of amplitude modulation that represents digital data as variations in the amplitude of a carrier wave.
(iv) The simplest and most common form of ASK operates as a switch, using the presence of a carrier wave to indicate a binary one and its absence to indicate a binary zero. This type of modulation is called on-off keying (OOK), and is used at radio frequencies to transmit Morse code (referred to as continuous wave operation),

(2) Amplitude Shift Keying Modulation and De-modulation. (OACT-002)

(i)This kit is an improved version of basic ASK kit and is designed by using the IC as ASK-modulator .
(ii)The ASK demodulator circuit is designed with diode and operation amplifier.
(iii) A clock generator ,8 bit data generator along with carrier signal is provided internally in
in the circuit.
(iv)This Trainer kit of digital Communication is helpful for Under-graduate, Graduate ,
Post Graduate students who are familiar with basic designed ASK circuit.
(v) ASK is used in Setellite communication.

(3)To Design and verify the operation of Frequency Shift Keying(FSK) signal generator and Signal detector. (OACT-003).

(i)This is a basic kit of digital Communication and is helpful for students of every category to understand how to design an FSK modulator and De-modulator using Transistors ,diode and operational amplifier.
(ii) The Trainer has inbuilt Carrier signal and Message signal generators.
(iii) Frequency-shift keying (FSK) is a frequency modulation scheme in which digital
information is transmitted through discrete frequency changes of a carrier wave.

(4) Frequency Shift Keying (FSK)Modulation and De-modulation. (OACT-004)

(i)This kit is an improved version of basic FSK kit and is designed by using the Multiplexer IC as FSK-modulator .
(ii)The FSK demodulator circuit is designed with diodes and operation amplifier.
(iii) A clock generator , data generator along with carrier signal is provided internally in
in the circuit.
(iv)This Trainer kit of digital Communication is helpful for Under-graduate, Graduate ,
Post Graduate students who are familiar with basic designed FSK circuit.
(v) FSK is used in Telephone lines ,Radio transmission.

(5) Phase Shift Keying(PSK) Modulation and De-modulation. (OACT-005)
(i) Phase-shift keying (PSK) is a phase modulation scheme in which digital information is transmitted through discrete phase changes of a carrier wave.In other words, the digital data modulates phase of the carrier signal.
(ii) The Phase modulator and de-modulator circuit of Trainer kit is designed using Multiplexer
, Operational amplifier , Ex-OR gate and Counter ICs.
(iii) The trainer has inbuilt Carrier and data generator Circuits.
(iv)This Trainer kit of digital Communication is helpful for Under-graduate, Graduate ,
Post Graduate students who are familiar with basic designed PSK circuit.

(6) To design Binary-Phase Shift Keying(BPSK) Modulation and De-modulation. (OACT-006)
(i)This is a basic kit of digital Communication and is helpful for students of every category to understand how to design an BPSK modulator and De-modulator using Transistors ,diode Resistors and operational amplifier.
(ii) In Binary Phase shift keying(BPSK) M\modulation scheme, the phase of the carrier is changed with the digital pulse signals. It has one fixed phase when data is at one level and when the data is at the other level, phase is shifted by 180 Degree.
(iii) The BPSK modulation technique is used in wireless LAN standards,IEEE 802.11,Digital modems,Wireless telephone networks such as CDMA , Wi-MAX,Satellite etc.

(7) To Study Time Division Multiplexing for two Band Limited analog signals. (OACT-007)
(i)This is a basic kit of digital Communication and is helpful for students of every
category to understand how to design an TDM multiplexer and De-multiplexer using
Transistors ,Resistors and operational amplifier.
(ii)The Trainer kit has inbuilt Carrier signal generator and message signal generator.
(iii) In Time Division Multiplexing(TDM) Method several channels of information can be
transmitted simultaneously over a single cable.

(8) Time Division Multiplexing and De-multiplexing of Analog(8-Channels). (OACT-008)

This kit is an advance version of basic TDM kit and is designed by using the 8- channels Analog Mux and De-mux ICs .

This Trainer kit has inbuilt Clock generator ,address signal generator, and analog message signal generators.

This Trainer kit of digital Communication is helpful for Under-graduate, Graduate , Post Graduate students who are familiar with basic designed TDM circuit.

Uses of TDM include digitally transmitting several telephone conversations over the same four-wire copper cable or fiber optical cable in a TDM telephone network; these systems may be pulse code modulation (PCM) or plesiochronous digital hierarchy (PDH) systems. Another example involves sampling left and right stereo signals using resource interchange file format (RIFF), also referred to as waveform audio file format (WAV), audio standard interleaves. Also synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) and synchronous optical networking (SONET) network transmission standards have incorporated TDM; and these have surpassed PDH.
